Yes, I understand this. Thanks for putting it down in a way that explains these different stages of learning for us with ADHD. The boredom stage is hard to work through. I have experienced this with playing piano. I fight through it by including songs I have mastered and made my own, with new songs, the hard part about new songs is playing the new repeatedly in order to get it down. It's a great part part of the learning process, but it is boring. I fight through it until I have the new skill down.
