Time for Some Honest Feedback
Right, I've been writing these extensive posts about ADHD – wise mind with 47 browser tabs open, RSD spirals, building practice routines that actually work with executive dysfunction. According to my analytics, many of you are genuinely reading these essays (respect for that focus).
But here's the thing: I'm doing that classic ADHD thing where I'm creating what I think you need rather than asking what would actually help.
Quick Context
I'm currently navigating corporate life with ADHD whilst managing a team in tech. I've got psychology training, years of consulting experience, and an intimate understanding of professional life with a spicy brain.
What I don't have: clarity on whether what I'm creating actually serves you.
The Real Questions
1. What's Your Biggest Work Challenge with ADHD?
Performance reviews that miss your chaotic brilliance?
Open offices that destroy your focus?
Meetings where you can't get your seventeen ideas heard?
Project timelines that assume linear thinking?
The exhaustion of masking all day?
Something else entirely?
2. What Format Actually Works?
I've been writing comprehensive posts, but what would serve you better?
Shorter daily tips?
Weekly group sessions?
Templates and scripts?
Audio/video content?
Real-time support community?
3. What Would You Actually Pay For?
If something genuinely helped your work life with ADHD, what would be worth investing in?
Group problem-solving calls?
"How to explain this to your manager" templates?
Monthly workshops on specific challenges?
Direct Q&A support?
Your Turn: What Do You Need?
Complete this sentence: "I wish someone would just tell me exactly how to _______ with ADHD at work"
Maybe it's:
Explain needs without seeming like you're making excuses
Network when small talk is torture
Manage a team when you can't manage your own calendar
Navigate office politics with no filter
Build consistency in your role
The Ask
Help me build something that actually serves you. Comment below or reply with:
Your biggest ADHD work challenge right now
What support would genuinely help
What format works for your brain
Or just rant about your struggles. That's valuable data too.
The Promise
Whatever emerges from this will:
Actually work with ADHD brains, not against them
Be flexible enough for difficult days
Include practical tools, not just theory
Build community and shared solutions
